Delights, foreign and familiar.

All our items are crafted using organic ingredients, and never too sweet, just right, as Goldilocks would say.

We offer a range of baked items. They include:

Baklava and fillo pastries

Baklava is like a reverse croissant. The delicate fillo dough is first made extremely thin and then stacked to make layers with melted butter added in between. Fillings can vary widely, both savory and sweet. Ours are never overly sweet. Check our current offering for more. Ours make beautiful gifts that will actually get eaten.

Cookies

Our almond cookies are loved by all. We also make the classics, including brown butter chocolate chip and peanut butter. And we always balance flavors and sweetness. We also make seasonal varieties inspired by many countries.

Muffins and biscuits

Forget muffins that are processed little cakes. Our signature item is our brown butter blueberry cornbread muffins. Lightly sweet, buttery and tender. We can't get enough of them. And we make soft and flaky biscuits with perfect dollops of jam right in the middle.

Custom baklava for special occasions

We have our own take on a rotating selection of favorites from around the world. We believe that sweetness should always be tempered by flavor. We often use maple syrup, honey, and darker organic sugars in our pastries. And we use organic ingredients where possible.

About Us

Pastry boxes for you.

The almond cookies might be my favorite. Perfect almond flavor and so soft.

Dan F.

I've had boxes of both the cornbread muffins and the almond cookies from Main Export. I would eat both any day, but I'll take a year's supply of those almond cookies.

Fraser R.

The baklava is yum! Surprisingly not too sweet and not sticky. I love the walnut baklava and the blueberry muffins.
