Main Export started in Los Angeles, but we are connoisseurs of delicious from around the world. We focus on the uncommon with a few homegrown favorites thrown in. We make baklava and fillo pastries that are just the right amount of sweet, cookies both unique and familiar, and bread based delights like muffins and biscuits. And there's more to come as we master new recipes.

  Our baking philosophy focuses on using the least amount of refined sugars and achieving flavor through quality ingredients.

  We want you to love it. 

  We keep refining recipes until we think we have them just right. We don't use any preservatives so you will need to refrigerate our items or consume them within a few days at room temperature. But baklava and fillo pastries will keep exceedingly well in the fridge for up to two weeks. If you have any questions about how to keep our prepared items, just ask.
